Meze is an assortment of starters, popular in the Middle-East and in the areas surrounding the eastern Mediterranean Sea and the Balkans. The word meze originates from the Persian word مزیدن Mazzidan, which means taste. Meze is similar to Spanish tapas.
Meze consists of small dishes served to be accompanied with alcoholic drinks, often served at the beginning of a multi-course meal. In Iran meze is served along with alcoholic drinks in parties or to guests. In Greece, Lebanon, Syria and Turkey meze is served with anis-flavoured drinks in café and bars. When Served in larger portions, meze is also suitable to be enjoyed as the main course. In Turkey, meze usually consists of olives, small vine-leaf wraps, bread, yogurt with garlic and spicy tomato-parsley-paste
A chickpea-paste. Among with grinded chickpeas, it contains tahini (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, garlic, other spices and olive oil.
A spicy tomato-veggie paste. Among with minced tomato, it contains onion, cucumber, pepper puréeseasoned with mint and chili pepper.
Haydari is a tzatziki-type dish, which contains mint and spices mixed with garlic and yogurt.

An eggplant paste. Among with crushed and grilled eggplant, it contains tahini (sesame seed paste), lemon juice, garlic, other spices and olive oil.

We prepare gastronomic salads from pure ingredients in our own kitchen. We wash, cut, roast and fry everything by ourselves. We assemble your salad from order and only use fresh ingredients for our dishes. As a result, a precise, carefully designed combinations of flavours and ingredients are born.
Tabule or tabbouleh is Lebanese and Arabic salad, which is made from tomatoes, finely chopped parsley, mint, bulgur and onion and is seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
Chicken salad will be sure to wake one's taste buds with its freshness. The salad contains grilled chicken fillet, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion and honeydew melon seasoned with a pomegranate- balsamic and olive oil.
Fresh and summery, yet light and filling, this salad contains halloumi and honeydew melon fried in a gridiron, mixed greens, tomato and red onion seasoned with a pomegranate-balsamic and olive oil.

Vöner is a new vegan version of the meaty döner kebab. Vöner is a seitan-based product, made from wheat gluten. It is completely vegan, but not gluten-free, since its prepared from Vöner kebab wheat.
